Who can be a Sqord Team Admin?

A Team Admin can be any adult within a organization where Sqord is deployed, who directly oversees a group of players. 

Usually it will be the individual most closely associated with overseeing the group's physical activity, and who has the most regular contact with those who will be playing Sqord. 

The Team Admin is commonly a teacher, program leader, or group leader within the organization.
