How does a Team Admin add new players to a team?

Sqord provides three levels of tools to allow Team Admins to choose their preferred method of adding Players.

In all cases, the Team Admin simply clicks the "Add Players" link at the top of their Players List.

Preferred Option - Create a Roster Spot

By creating a Roster Spot, you’ll reserve a spot on your Team for a Player by entering their first name, last initial, and (optionally) assigning them to a Squad. That’s it. Then you simply provide that Player a Booster and your Team’s Join Code. When they register, we’ll match them by their name, and they’ll claim the Roster Spot you created.

Quick Option - Distribute a Join Code

The quickest option to add Players to your Team is simply to distribute your Team’s Join Code. Anyone with that code can enter it on Registration (or on their My Groups page) and join your Team. When they do, your Team Admin Portal will populate with all of their account information, just as if you’d done the work yourself.

Full Option - Fully Register each Player

Team Admins have the ability to fully register each of their Players. Sqord provides tools allow Admins to assign usernames, password, and Booster IDs to each Player individually. There are even tools to randomly assign usernames and passwords if the Team Admin doesn’t want to think them up.
